food for thought

Here's my response to the prompt at one deep breath .

collards and pie and
feeling full remembering
when we were plenty

yes to be full on both counts, in life, and in tummy and know when to stop, you put that in the right context, especially at this time of the year when its so easy to over indulge! ( I have a sweet tooth and its hard not to over eat on them!)
