Healing

in prayer

caressed absently       like a rosary
comforts the devout
if only serenity could be
rolled between fingers

*First I tried to write something new, but my mind kept coming back to something old. Find more 'healing' submissions at Sunday Scribblings.

New or old, I like it! Serenity is tough to come by, and wouldn't it be nice if it were that easy every time?

I think your blog name "Black Eyed Susan' should have told me you could write. A real story was told in those few words. I am rolling serenity through my mind and it is right on the tip of my tongue, but your right it will not reach my fingers. That one line will stay with me for a long time...thank you
