Have You Been Published?

Have you been published? If you're currently published, where? What are some of your favorite small e-zines or small press print?

My work has appeared online only:

Long Story Short
Burst
Tiny Lights

One short story, three short essays. I'm working on the poems now. It's a slow process, and I don't submit often enough. I'm always busy writing the next piece. But no excuses!

It's good to see you're finally getting back into the swing of things. I know life gets us sometimes, but we can't always forget the things we like to do.

I was published at Word Catalyst, but that's about it.

I don't really care about being published. I send stuff out a lot, but I'm not really disappointed with the many rejections, as by the time I get the rejection I'm always like "Oh, I wish I would have had this when I submitted that!"

It's like I feel I'm constantly getting better, but at the same time I don't have any self-esteem for my writing.

I've had several poems published, mostly in UK small press magazines, though i did have a haiku in a recent issue of Wisteria, an American haiku journal. My favourite UK journals include Envoi, Orbis and Rain Dog though I should also mention Poetry Scotland. I've had some poems published online too. I've also had reviews published on NHI online, a small press review site that recently closed to new reviews. I've got lazy about sending poems out to publishers since taking blogging more seriously.

I like Six Sentences; I've had two works published and a third will drop on April 23. I'm published every week at the newspaper, but that's a different gig. I write the other stuff so as my head doesn't explode (and it's cheaper than my therapist).

I've been published some, a long time ago by print journals, including Orbis (which like Crafty Green Poet I like). I like Canopic Jar, of course, Bolts of Silk, Moria, and a few other on-liners.

Your blog is very interesting and inspiring, I will come back for more reading. I did self-publish my own poetry book with Booksurge.com and also some of my work was published in Essence Magazine...I do need to submit to some more magazines but i'll work on it

I love to read as well listen
to Born Magazine. However, I tend
to go for the offbeat minimalistic
journals, and hope to start my
own journal along that vein.

Recently a poem of mine was
published in Clean Sheets & haiku
in Creations Magazine, well by
recently I mean the end of
last year.
